SHIPPING

Shipping times to international destinations may vary as all orders are shipped from Bydee's Warehouse in Sydney, Australia, during business hours (Sunday to Wednesday, 3 pm to 11 pm PT). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 6 pm PT, on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

To ensure your order is shipped by the end of the week, please place your order by Wednesday at 6 pm PT.

All express delivery orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier Service, while standard delivery orders are shipped with DHL eCommerce and Seko.

Bydee processes all international orders in USD. While the contents of your cart are displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.


DUTIES & TAXES

Due to recent U.S. tariffs, additional duties and taxes are now being applied to orders at checkout. After exploring every possible way to absorb these costs, we’ve had to make the decision to turn on duties & taxes at checkout.

At Bydee, our commitment is to always remain transparent. Please know that we’re actively working on a long-term solution to make this a temporary adjustment and not a permanent change.
