As of April 15th, 2025, all orders are now shipped tariff free from Bydee's Warehouse in Texas during business hours (Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm CDT). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

DISPATCH TIMES

Bydee HQ and our Warehouse will be closed during Australian public holidays on December 25th—26th and January 1st. Due to this, all orders placed between December 25th and January 1st will be dispatched within 4 business days.

• Standard delivery orders placed before 6am CDT will be dispatched on the same day.

• Priority & Express orders placed before 10am CDT will be dispatched on the same day and will be shipped with UPS. Priority & Express delivery orders are unavailable for remote locations.

Please note: During new collection launches, Priority & Express delivery options are temporarily unavailable. Due to the high volume of orders during launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for dispatch for new collection launches.
