We would suggest reaching out to the courier company (DHL or USPS) to have this parcel redirected to your preferred address. As we are not the receiver, we are unable to do this on your behalf for security purposes.

We suggest you make a separate order for the preferred item and send back the other one once you've received your original order. From there, so long as the return is in its original condition, we will be able to issue you a refund for the original (just be sure to let Customer Service know here)

At the moment we are an exclusively online business making our website the only place you are able to purchase Bydee products. However, keep an eye out on our social media platforms as we have some exciting movements on the horizon. As soon as you can shop Bydee anywhere else, we’ll make sure you know about it!
Unfortunately, many manufacturers rip off small labels like Bydee, and it is truly devastating to see our hard work copied.We can assure you these are not the same product and the quality will be nowhere near the same as a Bydee piece. Not to mention we use certified Repreve fabric, made from post-consumer material, you can even find the certification labels on our pieces.

Shipping times to international destinations may vary as all orders are shipped from Bydee's Warehouse in Sydney, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 11 am AEST, on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
To ensure your order is shipped by the end of the week, please place your order by Thursday at 11 am AEST.
All express delivery orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier Service, while standard delivery orders are shipped with DHL eCommerce and Seko.
Bydee processes all international orders in USD. While the contents of your cart are displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.

We try our best to send out your Bydee orders on time each day. This means all orders received by 11 am Monday-Friday will be shipped out by our Warehouse Queens on the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.
Once it is picked up by DHL, your Express Shipping timeframe will commence! We use the fastest shipping method available. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be Delays in shipping timeframes, and these are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your parcel’s delivery timeframe once it has been dispatched, we encourage you to get in touch with the postage/courier service as they will be able to provide you the most up-to-date information.
Selecting Shipping Protection at the checkout is a really smart move! Shipping Protection covers your Bydee pieces from loss, damage and theft in the delivery process. This means that if your Bydee piece is mishandled by the courier service, you are able to make a claim through Bydee’s Shipping Protection policy and we can replace your Bydee piece(s). In the unlikely event that your parcel has been mishandled, please click here to lodge a claim.
Not to worry!
Reach out to our Customer Service Queens here and they will create a store credit to the value of the items ordered (This does not include shipping or shipping protection costs) You will need to repurchase shipping again on your new order, as the same tracking details from your previous order can not be used. Simply because each tracking number is unique and, once created and scanned through transit, can not be used again.
When refunding an item:
Bydee Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes and the protection fee are not included.
When replacing an item:
Bydee Shipping Protection covers all costs in relation to the replacement of the order. This includes any shipping fees, duties and taxes.

Bydee is not liable for packages determined by postage services to be lost/damaged/stolen. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is considered to be in the custody of the courier, and the responsibility lies with them.

In the event of theft, upon Bydee’s discretion, we may require a police report to be filed with the local authorities attesting to the theft of the covered property. Security video showing evidence of theft may substitute for a police report.
We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. To lodge a return for store credit, please use our returns portal here.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit, and then you will be able to reorder the style/size you would like, provided we have it in stock!
Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we can’t guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return.

We're so sorry you ended up with a piece that isn't top quality! This is certainly not what we expect our customers to receive. Please follow the below steps and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
Please let us know at [email protected] that you have lodged a Return and from here, we can get to work setting you up with a pre-paid Returns label and all the info you need to know to make the return at your earliest convenience.
From there we will issue a replacement or refund depending on whether the item is in stock.
We’re so sorry you ended up with the wrong piece! This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have with us at Bydee. Please follow the below steps and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
1. Please lodge a return through our portal here and select "Incorrect Order" for the item(s) you are returning.
2. Next, select DHL to have a Return Label generated for you. Please allow up to 24hrs for this label to come through.
3. You will need to upload photos onto our Returns Portal of the item(s) you received, inclusive of the parcel you received them in. Please ensure the photos are clear so that we can review this as part of our process and make sure we get your correct pieces to you ASAP! It additionally helps us if you are able to include a picture of the photo card you received with your Order stating who packed it!
4. Ensure you fill out your returns card that came with your order.
5. Please let us know here when you've shipped your incorrect item(s) back. Once we have confirmation of this, we can get to work to send out your correct Order immediately!
It is not recommended. As you are located in the US or internationally, your return is processed by our returns partner, so you don't need to wait for it to get back to us in Australia. This means your return will ONLY be approved for the items you selected in the portal.
If you decide to go ahead and return additional items, you won't be able to process this through the portal. Please email Customer Service at [email protected] to let them know exactly what you are returning with the following information:

We suggest measuring four key points on your body to find your perfect size. It's best to wear as little clothing as possible when taking these measurements. We recommend holding the measuring tape flush against your body, ensuring not to pull too tightly for the most accurate measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards!

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust with no bra.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

We don't use padding or cups in our swimwear as we use high quality double lined Italian Lycra. This adds a thickness to our pieces that makes padding an unnecessary step for our designs.
If you wish to add padding or cups, you can make a small incision on the inside layer of the fabric where you can slide padding or cups in and out without the material fraying.
To ensure the long-lasting quality of your Bydee pieces, we recommend following the below care instructions.
We encourage you to avoid machine washing your swimwear pieces with detergents and bleach as these are too strong for swimwear fabrics. Hand washing will ensure your Bydee Swim pieces retain their colour & shape. If you choose to use detergent to hand wash your Bydee swimwear pieces, we suggest using a mild fragrance-free or a mild detergent specifically designed for swimwear fabrics. Please note that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and high levels of chlorine and magnesium can damage and/or discolour your swimwear pieces. Please also be cautious of rough surfaces, which can cause pulling and snagging.

To attach your charms to your Ópa swim pieces, gently apply pressure to the gold clasp to open it, then hook the charm onto the hardware. You can even add multiple charms to your pieces or mix and match by purchasing additional charm packs.
