When will you restock?
We aim to restock our newest collections and prints every 6-8 weeks, but this can vary on occasion.

If an item is listed as Final Sale, it sadly won’t be returning once sold out so we can make room for exciting new launches.

What Is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection covers your Bydee pieces from loss, damage and theft in the delivery process. This means that if your Bydee piece is mishandled after dispatch, you are able to make a claim through Bydee’s Shipping Protection policy.

Faulty or damaged items
We're so sorry you ended up with a piece that isn't top quality! This is certainly not what we expect our customers to receive and we’d love to get this sorted for you.

We're so sorry your order isn’t quite right! This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have and we’d love to get this sorted for you.

We suggest measuring four key points on your body to find your perfect size. It's best to wear as little clothing as possible when taking these measurements. We recommend holding the measuring tape flush against your body, ensuring not to pull too tightly for the most accurate measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards!
Bust
Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust with no bra.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
High Hip
Measure around your hips at the very top of your hip bone.
Bottom
Measure around the widest part of your bottom.

Our bikini tops and one pieces are all designed without padding, however all Bydee Swim is made with high quality double lined fabric.

Swimwear Care Instructions
To ensure the long-lasting quality of your Bydee pieces, we recommend following the below care instructions.
We encourage you to avoid machine washing your swimwear pieces with detergents and bleach as these are too strong for swimwear fabrics. Hand washing will ensure your Bydee Swim pieces retain their colour & shape. If you choose to use detergent to hand wash your Bydee swimwear pieces, we suggest using a mild fragrance-free or a mild detergent specifically designed for swimwear fabrics. Please note that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and high levels of chlorine and magnesium can damage and/or discolour your swimwear pieces. Please also be cautious of rough surfaces, which can cause pulling and snagging.

Do my points expire?
Your rewards tier is based on the total amount you’ve spent online and in-store over a 12-month period from the date you join the Bydee Babes Club.
Once you hit a Bydee Babes Club level, you’ll enjoy its benefits for a full 12 months. If you spend more and move up to a higher level during that time, we’ll notify you, and your new level will be valid for 12 months from the upgrade date (that becomes your new review date).
For example, if you earn 300 points and reach Silver Babe status, you’ll stay at that level for 12 months. If you then reach 600 points during that period, you’ll be upgraded to Gold Babe and enjoy Gold Babe perks for the next 12 months.

How long do I have to claim my rewards discount?

What materials are the jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is 14K gold plated on a brass metal base. The pieces feature a range of natural stones and Cubic Zirconia along with some glass beads & stones.
Additionally, we use e-coating on our pieces. E-coating involves plating the metal with a thin, clear ceramic layer, which creates a barrier between the metal and the environment, protecting it from tarnishing. This process also makes the metal hypoallergenic, allowing those with metal allergies to wear our jewelry comfortably.

After wearing your jewelry, gently wipe down to remove any natural oils or products. When not wearing your jewelry, store in a cool, dry place.

With consistent wear, natural oils and dust can build up on your favorite jewelry pieces. To remove any build-up, we recommend using a gentle polish cloth without chemicals. Please avoid harsh cleaning or polishing chemicals.

We've designed five exclusive detachable gold-zinc alloy charms for the Ópa collection. Personalise your Zephyrus, Chrysanthe and Thálassa swim pieces by selecting a charm to attach as soon as they arrive!
The charms will arrive in a set of three or five (depending on the style you have purchased) and are designed to attach to the hardware at the centre front and tie closures of your swim pieces.
When you purchase a swim piece from the Ópa collection, you'll be prompted to add a set of charms to your cart when selecting your size.
