Returns Policy

To lodge a return for a store credit, please use our returns portal. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. To ensure your item is eligible for return:

  • The item(s) are returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without odours (including perfumes).
  • The item(s) has no marks or stains with tags and the hygiene liner attached.
  • The return is lodged within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Your item(s) must not be included within our SALE section at the time of purchase, as these are final sale; they will not be restocked and can not be returned.
  • Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit or refund.

Once your return has been lodged and paid for through the returns portal, you will be prompted to print your return label. Please attach this label to your parcel so your local post office can process it.

How do I lodge my return?

To lodge your return, please follow the prompts to our returns portal. Once your return has been lodged in our portal:

  • You will receive an email instructing you to proceed with a payment of $9 USD for your return. (Please be aware that return costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  • Once generated, you will receive the return label to print. Attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office or post box.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the items at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive a store credit via email that can be used towards your next Bydee order.

What if I placed my order during a sale?

If you’ve purchased an item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return it, we will provide you with a store credit for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value listed on our site at the time of re-purchase.

Returns with Welcome Codes

If you've placed your first order using a welcome discount code and would like to lodge a return for a store credit, we will honour the discount code used. Please contact our customer service Queens, and we will provide you with a new welcome code to use with your store credit.
